Discover.
I prioritize discovery through a design-led process that strengthens your project’s conceptual and visual direction. During requirement gathering, I conduct detailed consultations to define goals, outline functionality, and illustrate wireframes. This can be done via email, call, or questionnaire to fully understand your vision and business needs.

Define.
Based on client requirements and design specifications, I create a detailed list of features, functionalities, and deliverables with clear milestones and timelines. Once the proposal, plan of action, and cost are approved along with the terms, the project officially begins.

Engage.
This phase is about alignment and momentum. I maintain open, transparent communication to ensure progress stays in sync with your goals. Working remotely across time zones, I bring flexibility and accountability to every project — balancing creativity with precision to keep things efficient and stress-free.

Prototype.
I believe in refining through iteration. Together, we plan and build a live prototype that reflects your vision while meeting project goals. Focusing on visual appeal, performance, and best practices, the design evolves into a seamless, standards-compliant experience ready for final deployment.

Go-Live
In this phase, your project transitions from development to launch. After testing, content checks, and security audits, approval is sought for deployment. This includes hosting setup, migration, and DNS propagation. Once live, the site is monitored and backed up, followed by a 10-day maintenance period and training to ensure smooth handover.
The design process is collaborative, iterative and driven by intent. I hold various checkpoints during the process, presenting progress for review before each phase to make sure there are no surprises at the end.
