Discover.

I prioritize discovery, following a design-led process to enhance your project's conceptual and visual design. During requirement gathering, I conduct detailed client consultations to define goals, illustrate wireframes, and outline functionality. This can be done via email, call, or questionnaire to fully understand your vision and business needs.

Define.

Basis the client requirement & design specification, a detailed list of features, functionalities and deliverables is prepared along with the suggested milestone and timelines to achieve each one of them. Once the proposed project proposal, plan of action and cost is accepted along with the terms, the project is initiated.

Collaborate.

Collaboration is at the heart of my delivery model. You’re an expert in your field, and I’m an expert in mine – together, we’re stronger. Open feedback and a commitment to the best ideas drive our work. As a virtual boutique studio, I’m flexible, agile, and ready to work hard when it matters most. Working online with clients across multiple time zones, I ensure efficiency with both my time and, more importantly, yours.

Prototype.

The optimal design process entails iteratively refining a working prototype, a practice I embrace. Collaborating closely with clients, I adopt an inquisitive stance to unearth their essence. We meticulously plan key design elements, crafting a live prototype that aligns with project goals. Prioritizing visual appeal, fast loading times, and industry standards, we ensure a seamless web experience. Once approved, the site transitions smoothly to the client's domain.

Go-Live.

The Go Live phase sees your project transitioned from development to a live environment. Following thorough testing, content verification, and a security audit, approval for deployment will be sought. This includes hosting setup, site migration, and ensuring DNS propagation. Once live, the site will be monitored and backed up. Post-launch, a 10-day maintenance period is provided, and training is offered to ensure the project's continued success.

The design process is collaborative, iterative and driven by intent. I hold various checkpoints during the process, presenting progress for review before each phase to make sure there are no surprises at the end.
